Requirements:
We are running an internal employee contest. For the employee to receive credit, we need a new field added on the Registration page. This field does not need to feed to P21 if we can view the data in CIMM.

· Capture at user level: Add Custom Field called Referral_Name under the user account to capture the Referral name with the field is enabled.
· Report: In Analytics > User Defined Reports, Add a report called Referral_Names_Report that will export data from the user custom field Referral_Name
1. Attributes within needed: UN, FN, LN, Referral_Name_Field, and Registered Date.
· Notifications: Include Referral Name in the registration notification.
